About the event
Your place on our unique Short Story writing retreat gives you all the support and guidance you need to write a short story from scratch. Whatever your level of experience or confidence, we will help, support and guide you at every stage. From finding the inspiration for an idea, through the preliminary research stage, all the way to drafting, revising, brainstorming, editing, finalising and even publishing - all in one week! In addition, you get spaces and places to write in the way which suits you - alone or in a group; following the retreat schedule or pursuing your own plan; with support from your host or working independently. Extensive one-to-one time will be available throughout the retreat (if you want or need it) PLUS we will guide you through the local landscape, special places of interest and Corwen's unique history to help inspire your imagination at every stage.
