About the event
A Unique Shakespeare Retreat exploring Shakespeare's comedies, with a focus on 'Love's Labours Lost', 'The Merry Wives of Windsor' and 'A Midsummer Night's Dream'.
Arrive on Monday 12th October 2026 for our evening welcome dinner and stay in one of our spacious ensuite rooms through to check-out on Friday 16th October. During your stay you will have the opportunity to observe or participate in:
Guided readings of all four plays, in sequence, with extended discussion
Workshops and interviews with practitioners exploring Shakespeare's plays
Creative response opportunities
A candlelit presentation on the effects of candlelight on Shakespeare's plays
