A Unique Shakespeare Retreat exploring Shakespeare's major comedies with a particular focus on Much Ado About Nothing, Twelfth Night, and A Midsummer Night's Dream
Arrive on Monday 6th July 2026 for our evening welcome dinner and stay in one of our spacious ensuite rooms through to check-out on Thursday 9th July. During your stay you will have the opportunity to observe or participate in:
Guided readings of two plays
A practical workshop exploring a feature of Shakespeare's drama
Creative response opportunities (in which you have a chance to respond to Shakespeare's plays in writing, visual art or drama - or explore the local landscape)
A candlelit presentation on the effects of candlelight in Shakespeare's plays
A Place to Write
